Dietetic Counseling

Below is the rates and the schedule for each dietetic counseling session. Please call or email with any questions and concerns.

Initial consultation (1 hour) $150

• Nutrition Assessment
• Discuss concerns, goals and food choices for personal TNT Weekly Meal Plan
• Weigh In
• Bodyfat Test

2nd Session (45 minutes) $75

• Review personal TNT Weekly Meal Plan
• Review concerns, goals and current stage in accomplishing them
• Review grocery list, restaurant choices, possibilities and substitute ingredients
• Possible home visit for Pantry Analysis or Supermarket Shopping Buddy trip

Follow ups (30 minutes) $50

• Review Goals
• Discuss possible changes
• Modify TNT Weekly Meal Plan if needed
