Exercise should be challenging, flexible, and varied. It’s important to learn what your limit is at the time and not to overdue it. We must know the difference between a good hurt and a bad hurt. If the exercise is going to harm you, you’re body will tell you.It’s important to have a professional make sure you are doing the exercise properly, with the correct weight and correct posture to get everything out of that exercise you can.
Leave your worries at the door.
When you meet with your TNT professional, that should be your time. Have fun and allow them to watch over you, guide you, and motivate you. Let them do the thinking for you. Whether you work all day in an office or if you are a stay at home mom, we all deserve to have at least an hour for ourselves to do something for us. TNT Wellness Group believes in the importance of tailoring the workouts to the client. Whether you want to train at home, at a gym, or outside, the workout is customized to you. Everything you do will be planned in advance allowing you to focus on your session and your trainer to focus on YOU.
Creating a successful training program
TNT combines various exercise programs to help you reach and maintain your goals. This is just a small list of some of the ways we do it:
- Weight Training: There is no better way to help you look better and feel better. By targeting specific muscle groups we begin to give shape and definition to the new you.
- Core Training: By developing core muscle groups not only do you benefit overall but it allows your TNT professional to take you to the next level.
- Beach Training: Living in one of the greatest natural environments means we should take advantage of our resources. After one hour in the sand and the sun you will feel the TNT difference!
- Boxing: You might not know it now, but boxing is one of the best overall body workouts you can do. It not only strengthens muscles but is one of the best cardio workouts you can do. Both women and men can take advantage of this and we know of no better way to take out a little bit of the days aggression than sparring with your TNT professional. Don't worry: we don't hit back!
